Discovery flight

Try a flight before you commit.

A discovery flight is a short, no-strings-attached introduction to flight training. Ground briefing, about an hour in the air with you on the controls, and time afterward for any questions about training, certifications, or aviation in general.

How the hour goes.

  1. Ground briefing

Goals, the airplane, and the plan for the flight

  2. Preflight

Walk the airplane together — you'll see everything we check

  3. Takeoff

Your instructor handles the radio and the busy parts

  4. You fly

Straight-and-level, turns, climbs — you're on the controls

  5. Debrief

What you felt, what comes next, honest answers
